Interweaving memoir with Hebrew poetry, Going Out with Knots, illuminates author Wendy Zierler’s literary and personal Jewish mourning journey in the aftermath of unremitting personal loss.

Rabbi Zierler’s most recent book, Going Out with Knots: My Two Kaddish Years with Hebrew Poetry (Jewish Publication Society) was chosen for The JWA Book Club and was a finalist for the National Jewish Book Award.

Rabbi Zierler received her Ph.D. and her MA from Princeton University and her BA from Stern College of Yeshiva University and an MFA in Fiction Writing from Sarah Lawrence College.
