CURRENT COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS:

To ensure that everyone attending services feels safe and protected, these are the new protocols:

• OUTDOORS: If you are fully vaccinated with one booster, masks are optional. We will continue requiring proof of vaccines and take wrist temperatures.

• If you are not vaccinated, you need to bring a Rapid COVID test with you and take it on arrival. You may stay if negative, but a mask will be required.

• When services are held INDOORS in the sanctuary, we will require proof of full vaccination with one booster, and you must wear a mask

To assists us as we update our records, we request that you email a photo of your vaccination card, showing the three vaccine dates or a scan of your Excelsior Plus app - to the Temple Office at info@TempleAdasIsrael.org or mail a photocopy of it to Temple Adas Israel, PO Box 1378 Sag Harbor, NY 11963.

Alternatively, you will be required to show your card or Excelsior app on your phone before being allowed entry into services.
