NON-MEMBER GUEST REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

We warmly welcome Guests of our Members and Non-Members to join us for the High Holy Days. Guests of our members are invited to sit in the Community Hall adjacent to the sanctuary. Non-members are welcomed on the lower level, with live services available on closed-circuit TV. Upstairs seating opens to non-members once all members are seated. RECIPROCAL SEATING

Please fill out the form below to arrange for reciprocal seating at a URJ affiliated congregation when traveling during the High Holidays. Seating is available for members in good standing of their Home Congregation and is at the discretion of the Destination Congregation.

2026 High Holy Day Cantorial Soloist: Emily Donato

I am delighted to be joining Temple Adas Israel as Cantorial Soloist for the upcoming High Holy Days. As the great granddaughter of an orthodox Chazzan and the daughter of a Cantorial Soloist, the Jewish musical tradition is an important part of who I am as a musician and as a person.

I was raised at Temple Beth Shalom v’Emeth (now Temple B’shert), where my mother has been the Cantorial Soloist for over 30 years. It is here that I celebrated my Bat Mitzvah and learned to sing Jewish music from my mother, who began including me in services at a young age.

Since completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Voice at Bard College and Master’s Degree at Yale School of Music/Institute of Sacred Music, I have continued my musical connection to Temple B’Shert. I have returned often to sing beside my mother for both High Holy Days as well as significant community celebrations, I have also sung during High Holy Days at other synagogues including Central Synagogue in Manhattan and Temple Sinai in New Jersey.

In addition to my continued involvement in Jewish music, I have a full and growing career as a professional singer performing the music of Bach, Handel, Mozart and great composers. I believe I bring my Jewish values and heart to everything I perform, including my interpretations of these great works.
